The Sports Performance programs center on speed, agility, strength, and power. Each of these aspects will be taught from a technical standpoint so that athletes can be more efficient and effective in their movements.

Individual Sports Performance Training
Train in a custom-designed program specific to the needs and demands of your sport. This training occurs one-on-one with a sports performance coach. Athletes can work on any aspect of the sport they desire and can be done at any time of the year. Individual Sports Performance Training is purchased in 10 packs of 45-minute sessions.

Group Sports Performance (3+ Participants)
Improve speed, agility, strength and power in a group setting at a discounted rate. This training will be done with a group of athletes and will be a general speed, agility, strength, and power program everyone will benefit from. Group Sports Performance training is done with 3–6 athletes and will run at different times throughout the year. Group Sports Performance Training is purchased in 16 packs of 60-minute sessions. When booking online, fellow trainees must be a Sub-Member on your account or on your Buddy List.
