A dancer at heart, Laura has been performing and producing work professionally for the past 17 years. In addition to being a certified Yoga Instructor, Laura holds a BFA and MFA in Dance, and is an AmSat certified Alexander Technique Teacher. Laura finds that the beauty of experiencing life to its fullest is by opening yourself to all possibilities, and not to be confined by expectations.

Kristin is a professional yoga instructor and dance artist based in Urbana, IL. Kristin became a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200) in 2011, after living and studying at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. In 2016, she completed Advanced Studies in Tantra Hatha Yoga (RYT-500) under the instruction of Yoganand Michael Carroll. Kristin has been a dedicated Ashtanga Yoga practitioner since 2013 and recently studied with Guru Sharath Jois at the K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore, India.

Emily has been teaching yoga classes at Mettler for well over a decade. She has incorporated both Pilates and yoga into her personal training clients' routines for years, and has seen them benefit greatly. Emily is passionate about helping her clients get the most from their yoga practice and achieving their goals. Emily is a YogaFit Level 1 and 2 certified instructor and also holds AFAA personal trainer and group fitness certifications.

Semi-private lessons are available for small groups of 2–4 people. Lesson are customized to the goals and abilities of the participants, allowing you to have more individual attention than a class, while spending time with a sibling, friend or spouse.
