Emily has been teaching yoga classes at Mettler for well over a decade. She has incorporated both Pilates and yoga into her personal training clients' routines for years, and has seen them benefit greatly. Emily is passionate about helping her clients get the most from their Pilates practice and achieving their goals. Emily is a YogaFit Level 1 and 2 certified instructor and also holds AFAA personal trainer and group fitness certifications.
