Yes, strength training builds your muscles, but it does so much more. It helps you do everyday activities more easily, improves your balance, and helps you burn calories more efficiently.

Group fitness classes are included in membership, but you don't have to be a member to take a class. Guests may enroll in a class online through the use of group fitness packages.

Abs & Strength (30–50 minutes)
Improve your core strength, balance, and posture. This is a focused workout with cutting-edge abdominal and lower back exercises. All levels of fitness are welcome.

Adult Athleticism (45 minutes)
High intensity training to help strengthen and condition the adult athlete. Classes are led by a personal trainer. Participants must sign-up at the front desk for each individual class. If no one is signed up the day of the class; it will be canceled that day.

Body Bar & Bands (60 minutes)
This class uses a variety of equipment to provide a great strength class experience. You will leave feeling like you’ve had a total body workout. Come join the fun and watch yourself get stronger and more toned.

Mindful Movement (45 minutes)
An eclectic class with inspiration from dance, Tai Chi, and various styles of yoga. Class focuses on balance, breath, flexibility, and overall movement. Exercise your mind and body while expanding your fitness awareness in this unique class.

Stretching & Body Alignment (30 minutes)
This class focuses on using yoga-type postures and stretching exercises to improve body alignment, poise, coordination, and flexibility. Movements will be coordinated with the breath, and relaxation will be emphasized. This class is especially beneficial for warming up or cooling down following exercise.

Strength Coach (35–50 minutes)
Participants use weights, balls, and resistance bands in various total body strength exercises to improve overall strength, agility, and balance.

Strength Yoga (45 minutes)
This class emphasizes improvements to strength, stamina, and endurance. Poses are sequenced to promote upper body, core, and leg strength. Postures enhance poise and balance, providing an all-around challenging workout.
