Jazzercise® (60 minutes)
Jazzercise combines a great cardiovascular workout with resistance training and stretching that will increase your muscle tone, flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance using easy-to-follow movements. Each 60-minute class offers a blend of aerobics, yoga, Pilates, and kickboxing movements into fun dance routines set to fresh new music. For more information, please visit jazzercise.com. Tai Chi (60 minutes)
Perform slow, smooth, and gentle movements that integrate the mind, body, and spirit. Improve balance, strength, and flexibility. This class leaves you feeling relaxed and energized. An 8-week class.

Water Fitness (45 minutes)
in partnership with Indian Acres
