We are excited to partner with Indian Acres Swim Club this upcoming 2017 swim season.

Get fit and stay cool with Water Fitness! Classes begin Tuesday, May 27th.

M/W/F, 11:45a–12:30p - Water Fitness with Emily
Mondays, 4:30–5p - Deep Water Express with Chelsea (starts 6/5)
T/Th, 4–4:45p - Water Zumba with Susan
Sa/Su, 11–11:45a - Aqua Barre with Emily

Water Fitness - M/W/F 11:45a–12:30p
Get your heart rate up with low-impact cardio while in the water. The water support is a definite advantage for those with balance issue and injuries. You might surprised what you can perform under water and not on land. You will leave feeling energized and ready to attack your day.

Deep Water Express - Mondays, 4:30–5p (starts 6/5)
This 30 minute EXPRESS is long enough to give a high energy, low-impact cardio workout! This is because the majority of the body is submerged under water, which keeps you constantly fighting the urge to float. Bonus: Stay cool while working hard. Give it a try!

Water Zumba - T/Th 4–4:45p
If you enjoy Zumba, you will love Water Zumba! This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind class in the water. Achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in the water.

Aqua Barre - Sa/Su 11–11:45a
This new trend in the water is sure to please! Think "cardio-ballet" style, and so doable with the water support. Burn major calories in a little amount of time, while "liquid sculpting" your legs, backside, and belly. No previous ballet is necessary.
