Water Fitness*

Description: Get fit while enjoying the brand new indoor heated pool at Clark-Lindsey's Wellness Center, complete with walk-in ramp and/or steps, full locker room access and convenient parking. Water fitness is gentle on the joints yet still allows for an intense workout due to the water's resistance. It's perfect for those who are older, overweight, recovering from injury (or suffer from arthritis or osteoporosis), or anyone who loves the water! *Fee-based
