Warm Gentle Yoga*

When: Thursday, February 16th, 6:00pm - 7:00pm

Where: Spec. Training Rm. (STR)

Description: Escape from your day and enjoy the traquility of warm yoga in an 75-80 degree room. A soothing blend of gentle and slow stretches with some restorative work will help melt away the tension and feelings of stress and anxiety. A great way to end your day while increasing calmness and peace into your evening. Great for all ages! This is a fee-based class.
