Description: Restorative yoga encourages mental and spiritual growth through three of the eight “limbs” of Patanjali’s Ashtanga Yoga. The specific practice of asana (pose), pranayama (breath), and dhyana (meditation) is the core focus of this session; which includes linking body and mind to the breath while building positive energy and enthusiasm. Practitioners of all levels are encouraged to attend and indulge themselves in this enlightening class!
