What are simple things I can do to improve my posture right now?
1.) Change positions often. Your body is meant to move.
2.) Be mindful of posture during every activities like watching TV, driving, or working on your computer. Awareness is the very first step.
3.) Identify your habits and tendencies is essential to actively correcting them. Where do you tend to hold the most tension in your body? Which hip do you always hold your child on? Be intentional about using both sides of your body equally for tasks.
