If you are exploring whether personal training may be beneficial for you, book a free personal training session to get started. Should you decide to continue, lessons are 30 and 45 minutes in length. Packages of 5, 10, and 15 sessions are available at a discounted price. Personal training is available M-F from early morning through evening.
