New Classes in 2018!

The start of a new year (nearly upon us) brings with it the perfect opportunity to re-start or freshen-up a fitness routine. Try one or more of the new classes we're adding in 2018. (New classes begin the week of Monday, January 8th, 2018, unless otherwise stated.)

Included in Membership:

POUND – Mondays, 9am-9:45am
Introducing a unique and energizing class inspired by playing the drums. Using lightly-weighted drumsticks specifically designed for exercise, POUND is an incredibly effective workout. This class will involve a combination of standing and seated activity. Try it for yourself and improve your endurance!

Sunrise Yoga – Tuesdays/Thursdays 5:45-6:45am
Flow into your day with an hour of breath-incorporated movements to help wake up the mind and body. A powerful flow will be offered as well as modifications for those who wish to take the morning a bit slower.

Core Fusion Yoga – Tuesdays/Thursdays 12:10-1pm
Core-focused yoga poses are linked with the breath to build heat from within. Core–focused stretching and strengthening of deep abdominal muscles along with supportive muscle groups provide a comprehensive and challenging yoga practice.

Gentle Energy Flow - Mondays/Wednesdays, 8-9am
This class will primarily focus on slow movement mixed with the breath to cultivate mind/body awareness. We will practice ways to build energy through gentle yoga postures and breathing techniques that can be integrated into your daily life. Props will be offered for extra support. All levels are welcome! Come and enjoy the wonderful benefits of yoga.


Hot Yoga – Sundays, 4:30-5:30pm
Stay warm this season with Hot Yoga. Looking for a new winter workout? Warm up with Mettler's Hot Yoga as you stretch, strengthen and tone in our heated studio. Discover additional benefits that heat allows. This 4-class session runs January 14th – February 11th (with the exception of 1/28; no class on this Sunday). Cost is $35 for Members and $40 for Guests. Drop-in rate is $12. Call 356-6543 to reserve your spot today!

Water Fitness (at Clark-Lindsey) - Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays, 12-12:50p
We are excited to partner with Clark-Lindsey in their luxurious brand new heated pool (89-92° F). Get your heart rate up with low-impact cardio while in the water. Enjoy access to free parking and locker room access. This is a must for all to take advantage of. You don’t want to miss this perk during the cold winter months. Quarterly (3-month) pass is $275 for Members and $300 for Guests. 10-class punch card is $90 for Members and $100 for Guests.

Mettler Center offers 90+ weekly group fitness classes each week. Not sure which to go for? Ask and Expert. We'd be happy to assist in determining which classes may be appropriate for you.
