Mindful Meditation*

When: Sunday, February 12th, 4:00pm - 5:00pm

Description: This beginner-friendly course will introduce the concept of mindul meditation and cultivate tools for mindfulness including breathing sequences, visualization, body scan practices, and concentration techniques. Each class will include specific mindfulness meditation tips and techniques, a guided meditate session, and time for reflection. At the end of the session particpants will be equipped to integrate mindfulness into their daily lives and maintain their own meditation practice.
