Personal Quote: “‘Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity.’ —John F. Kennedy. This statement has always stood out to me as a therapist, because therapy is not simply about restoring a patient to a better quality of movement. It is about restoring the basis for which a better quality of life is built.”

“It was amazing how much better I felt after each session.”

“This was my first experience with any therapy and I am pleased with the results.”

“I love the Mettler Center atmosphere. Matthew is so knowledgeable and wants to see patients improve their quality of life.”

“I’ve had great experiences with several physical therapists at Mettler Center.   Years ago Paul fixed my TMJ issues, and I haven’t had problems since.  More recently Matt Gordon has helped me improve chronic lower back pain and weakness.  He did an excellent job of pinpointing weaknesses, educating me on proper mechanics, and providing me with exercises to improve faulty mechanics.  He is very knowledgeable and great to work with overall.  My core is much stronger and I am able to get back to running and projects I enjoy.”
