Description: Hot yoga is practiced in a “hot studio” heated to 95 degrees. Practicing flow yoga in a heated studio amplifies the health benefits yoga offers, including deeper stretches and injury prevention, while reducing stress and tension. Towels will be provided. Please bring water bottles. This is a fee-based class.
