Description: Meditation is a practice that calms the mind and brings it to attention. During Guided Meditation, you will learn various, non-religious techniques for meditation, and be led by an instructor through a meditation experience. Meditation has been shown to improve physical, mental, and emotional health, and the techniques that you learn in this class can be easily applied to your daily life. There are no pre-requisites for this class. Please wear clothing that allow you to sit comfortable without distraction. Class is ongoing, but fee-based. Punch card option to attend class, and drop-in rate.
