Dance Fitness

When: Monday, October 21st, 6:30pm - 7:15pm

Description: This Dance Fitness class focuses on joyful dancing for cardio fitness. Choreographed dances from genres including salsa, hip-hop, swing, Bollywood, Merengue, and more, are included in the class. Follow along and dance to music that inspires movement - You will sweat and have a great time dancing in an atmosphere that encourages taking pleasure in expressing individuality while enjoying moving all together as a group.
