Recipe of the Week: Chipotle Turkey Burgers

  • 1¼ pounds lean ground turkey
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 canned chipotle chili in adobo, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Divide mixture into 4 balls of equal size and form into ¾-inch thick patties.
  2. Grill over medium-high heat until done and serve on a bun with trimmings.
