Breathless (Cycling)

When: Wednesday, February 15th, 8:15am - 8:45am

Location: Studio B

Description: Experience a different cycle class focusing on RPM’s, intensity levels and heart rate. This 30-minute ride is guaranteed to leave you breathless with a complete strength training pyramid with weights off the bike. Come get a quick and effective cardio/strength workout in, then go about your day. For those who have a heart rate monitor, you are encouraged to wear them.
