Barre Fusion

When: Wednesday, October 16th, 7:15am - 8:00am

Description: This class is a fusion of barre exercises, focusing on legs and upper body exercises using light weights. Pilates-based exercises and yoga poses are integrated for core strength, balance and flexibility, and a final relaxation helps with focus and mental clarity. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
