When: Wednesday, July 10th, 4:30pm - 5:15pm

Description: Barre is a combination of Pilates, Ballet, and Yoga. You will use light equipment as you move throughout the class, focusing on different areas of the body. Your muscles will be worked to fatigue as you get stronger with each class. This class is suitable for all levels, beginners to advanced! Precise. Proud. Balanced. Passionaate.
