Back to Basics: Yoga Fundamentals and Props

Description: Yoga is for everyone. A regular practice can improve balances, flexibility, and range of motion. Whether you're new to yoga or looking for a refersher, this 90-minute workshop will deepen your awareness of breath, alignment, and the fundamental elements of yoga poses. We'll begin with full-body stretching to warm and prepare us for modified versions of Sun Salutations A & B, and standing and seated poses. We'll adapt any and all poses to your level or needs, using an array of props for modifications, balance, and to enhance our stretching. No previous yoga experience required.
