• From my experience, the buddy system tends to help motivate people initially. Most of us work harder in the around others.
Having a trainer or friend alongside you often motivates you to push harder and longer.That encouragement helps create consistency. When you can think of a million other things to do your friend or trainer can help keep you accountable when your commitment is being tested.
Weight loss and obesity hit home for me. I have had several family members and close friends who have struggled continuously with managing their body composition. I too as a young boy was on the heavier side. It’s easier for me to relate or empathize with people who share a similar story.
