2018 Water Fitness Schedule

Water Fitness is an effective way to get fit while staying cool. This low-impact class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels and is especially suited for those who are older, just getting into exercise, or recovering from injury.

Classes run May 26th through September 2nd.

Monday–Friday, 11:45a–12:30p – Water Fitness with Emily
Mondays,  4–4:45p – Water Yoga with Miranda
Tuesdays/Thursdays,  4:30–5:15p – Water Zumba with Susan
Saturdays, 11–11:45a – Water Fitness with Emily
Saturdays, 12–12:30p – Deep Water Express with Emily
Sundays, 11–11:45a – Dance Water Fitness with Patty

Water Fitness – Monday–Friday, 11:45a–12:30p & Saturdays, 11–11:45a
Gentle on the joints yet an effective, energizing workout, Water Fitness is low-impact and perfect for those suffering from injury, osteoporosis, arthritis, balance issues, or anyone who loves the water!

Water Yoga – Mondays, 4–4:45p
Water Yoga is a gentle and low-impact workout. Asanas (poses) are modified for the water and more challenging due to the weightless nature. Benefits include increased strength, balance, and range of motion.

Water Zumba – Tuesdays/Thursdays, 4:30–5:15p
If you enjoy Zumba, you will love Water Zumba! This class fuses hypnotic, Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind class. Achieve long-term benefits and experience an absolute blast in the water.

Deep Water Express – Saturdays, 12–12:30p
This 30-minute express is a high-intensity (yet low-impact) cardio and strength workout. You’ll focus on muscular strength motions that work the body’s major muscle groups. Stay cool while working hard. Give it a try!

Dance Water Fitness – Sundays, 11–11:45a
Using principles of dance and yoga while swimming, we will become better acquainted with our bodies in water. This class includes both careful work and aerobics. Expect to have fun.
