Instead, you’ll focus on learning new behavioral skills and reshaping your attitude toward eating and exercise. You’ll eat foods that fit your lifestyle and budget, and you’ll find an exercise routine that you can continue for the rest of your life. The long-term goal of our programs is to empower you, giving you the ability to build healthy habits so you can continue to reach and maintain your healthy weight long after the program has ended. We want you to learn the skills once so you never have to go on another diet again. This requires a lifestyle adjustment and a lifetime commitment. Weight Loss Programs
Are exercise and eating right a priority, yet you just can’t stay on track? Nutri-Coach offers a hands on practical approach to changing unhealthy behaviors in to healthy, permanent habits. Learn to plan healthy weekly menus, create grocery lists, fit exercise in to your lifestyle and most of all, find the motivation to stick with your plan. Work with our most experienced lifestyle staff to change your weekly plan for a lifestyle of better health. Packages of 30- or 60-minute sessions are available.
Now is the time to get serious about losing weight! Why Weight? is a rigorous diet, fitness and education program tailored to your weight loss goals. This intense 8-week program will have you losing pounds while gaining healthy habits you'll use to achieve and maintain a healthy weight. This program is capable of quick results for those who aren't afraid to sweat and disciplined enough follow a set of guidelines designed with your health in mind. A knowledgeable registered dietitian and motivating personal trainers work with you to achieve your goals and give you the knowledge necessary to make weight loss permanent.
Need some friendly competition to challenge and encourage you to shed pounds safely through comprehensive diet and exercise? Then take part in Mettler’s 10-week Weight Loss Challenge program. Participants will be provided with weight loss and exercise strategies from Mettler’s Registered Dietitian and personal trainers.
