The camp goals include learning how to increase to top speed quickly during acceleration, how to effectively change directions while speeding around, how to create explosive power, how to build flexibility, and how to gaining balance and agility.
This program, which can be attended once or twice a week, is perfect for athletes ages 14-18.High School Preseason Volleyball Program
Mettler's caring coaches with collegiate volleyball experience will help high school athletes gain an edge for the upcoming season during the High School Preseason Volleyball program.
Athletes will increase their strength, speed, and conditioning throughout the program. Coaches will also help athletes work on their volleyball skills to prepare for the upcoming season.
This program, which can be attended once or twice a week, is geared toward athletes ages 14-18. Junior High Speed and Agility Training:
Junior high school students can get an edge with this speed and agility training program. The training will focus on movement techniques, force production development, agility, power endurance, and more.
Junior High Athletes should expect gains in the first steps of movement, top-end speed, jumping ability, and direction change.
