Ballet Fit

When: Friday, October 12th, 7:15am - 8:00am

Location: Studio A

Description: Tone your body from head to toe with ballet positions and movements designed to lengthen and strengthen the muscles. Light hand weights to condition the upper body will be incorporated while you sculpt the long, lean muscles of the legs and glutes through a combination of effective barre and floor work. No previous ballet experience is necessary. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
